What data do we process?
When you submit the quote request form, we process the data you provide: name, e-mail address, phone number, company name, the subject of your enquiry (product) and the content of your message. We only process data that you provide voluntarily.
Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process the data solely to answer your quote request, to get in touch with you and to prepare the conclusion of a contract. Legal basis: your consent and the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Processors, data transfers
The following processors are involved in processing the form data:
- Hosting / infrastructure: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany);
- Technical operation and lead forwarding: fixli (fixli.eu);
- E-mail delivery: Resend, Inc. (sending notification and confirmation e-mails).
E-mail delivery may also take place outside the European Economic Area (USA), subject to appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, SCC). We do not pass the data on to third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention period
Data related to a quote request is kept until the business relationship ends or until you request its deletion. If a contract is concluded, the retention periods set by accounting and tax law apply.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data and restriction of its processing, exercise your rights to data portability and to object, and withdraw your consent at any time. You can submit your request via the contact details above.
Remedies
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.; naih.hu) or seek judicial remedy.
